The birdhouse is 15" x 15" x 24" high and usually attracts two families. It is made of wood.

The birdhouse is a duplex with separate "entrances". There is a left and right compartment, each with its own window. The windows have 1" holes for the birds. The holes are fortified so that larger birds cannot get in.

It comes with a bracket attached so it fits snugly on a 4" x 4" post (which is actually 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"). 

The cedar roof will turn a silvery gray.  The roof seam shingles are hand applied. The chevron door pulls open for easy cleaning.  The birdhouse floor is sealed. 

The black cast door hinges are screwed into the door and are powder coated. Window mullions are powder coated as well.

The birdhouse can be left in the garden year round and has withstood snow storms and rains.
